Sky Daily, the widow of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, and her son Hayden Hitt are facing two separate lawsuits in Pinellas County, Florida, following a party held on March 28.

One lawsuit, filed by a minor identified as Jane B. Doe, alleges that she was raped at the party by another minor. The plaintiff claims that Hayden Hitt advertised the event in a group chat and allegedly held an auction for her while she was incapacitated. The suit further alleges that Sky Daily provided alcohol despite knowing minors would be present and claims she disposed of physical evidence, including bloodstained sheets and condoms.

A second lawsuit filed by a different Jane Doe alleges a pattern of domestic violence involving Hayden Hitt. The plaintiff claims that Sky Daily would encourage her to forgive Hitt following violent incidents.
