Lawyer Dimitris Diamantis found dead in Lamia apartment

Dimitris Diamantis, a 63-year-old lawyer, was found dead in his apartment in the center of Lamia. Colleagues and close friends became concerned after they had not had contact with him for at least five days.

On Monday evening, after receiving no response to repeated knocks at his residence on Leonidou Street, a locksmith was called to open the locked door. Upon entry, Diamantis was found unconscious behind the apartment door.

Initial police inspections have ruled out criminal activity, suggesting the death was due to pathological causes. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
