Cutral Co: Jury trial begins for accused sexual abuse of two girls

A jury trial has commenced in Cutral Co against a man identified as G. A. M. S., who is accused of the continuous sexual abuse of two young girls. The prosecution, led by Chief Prosecutor Gastón Liotard and prosecutor Mayra Febrer, alleges that the crimes occurred between 2006 and 2012.

The victims are relatives of each other and of the accused. According to the prosecution, the defendant exploited a context of family coexistence and vulnerability to commit the acts. The abuses reportedly took place within a residence in Cutral Co and also inside a truck located in the home's yard.

One victim allegedly suffered abuse from age 11 to 15, primarily in her bedroom, while the second victim was allegedly abused between the ages of 11 and 16. The prosecution claims the defendant used force, violence, and threats to ensure silence. The charges include aggravated sexual abuse and sexual access with carnal knowledge, both aggravated by pre-existing coexistence.
