Lawyers elected to Cassa Forense in Italy

Elections for the Cassa Forense Delegates Committee have concluded in different Italian districts, resulting in several new appointments for upcoming terms.

In the Catanzaro district, the Fenice list, led by lawyer Vincenzo Agosto, secured the highest number of votes with 585 preferences. Despite this high level of support, Agosto was not elected. Other successful candidates from the district include Maria Gemma Talerico, Tommaso Vallone, Filippo Mancini, and Francesco Massara.

In the Palermo Court of Appeal district, which includes the provinces of Palermo, Trapani, and Agrigento, lawyer Giuseppe Spada has been elected as a delegate for the 2027-2030 quadrennium. Spada, who has served as the president of the local Bar Council since 2019, led the 'Insieme per una Cassa equa e solidale' list, which collected a total of 1,058 votes.
