LayerCube unveils LW-1200 large-format 3D printer at Formnext Asia

At the Formnext Asia Shenzhen 2026 exhibition, Guangdong LayerCube Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the LW-1200, a new large-format industrial FFF 3D printer. The machine features a build volume of 1,200 x 600 x 600 mm, allowing for the production of large polymer components such as robotic structures, vehicle parts, and drone components in a single operation to avoid the structural weaknesses of assembly.

The exhibition highlighted China's rapidly maturing additive manufacturing ecosystem. With 330 exhibitors, the event showcased a dense supply chain of scanners, lasers, and materials, particularly concentrated in the Greater Bay Area. The industry is seeing a shift where consumer-grade technology, led by companies like Bambu Lab, is evolving into professional production infrastructure and large-scale print farms.
