Layla Kiffin launches LIVIN Studio wellness business

Layla Kiffin, wife of LSU Tigers head coach Lane Kiffin, has launched a new wellness business called LIVIN Studio near Tiger Stadium. The studio focuses on heated fitness classes, utilizing infrared heat at approximately 105 degrees and 30% humidity to provide yoga, sculpt, and strength workouts.

Kiffin designed the studio to offer a high-energy, social atmosphere, describing the experience as being more like a ‘party’ than a traditional workout. In addition to fitness classes, the facility features red light recovery pods to support client wellness and flexibility.
