Lazio secures Serie A opening win and Pinamonti transfer

Lazio opened their Serie A season with a 1-0 victory over Bologna at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara. Davide Frattesi, appearing as a substitute, scored the decisive goal in the 59th minute following an assist from Boulaye Dia. The match also saw the Serie A debut of Romano Floriani Mussolini, who entered the pitch following an injury to Adam Marušić.

In transfer news, Lazio has reached an agreement with Sassuolo for the permanent signing of striker Andrea Pinamonti for approximately 12 million euros. The club is also monitoring Danish player Conrad Harder from RB Leipzig. Meanwhile, Petar Ratkov remains a candidate for departure amid interest from clubs like Mainz, Augsburg, and Sevilla.

Sassuolo is restructuring its squad following the Pinamonti sale. The club has secured Sebastiano Esposito on a one-year loan from Cagliari in a deal that includes Riccardo Ciervo moving to Cagliari. Additionally, Sassuolo is exploring a loan move for Tottenham defender Kota Takai to strengthen their defensive line.
