Lazio faces striker selection battle ahead of Monza match
Lazio is preparing for an upcoming match against Monza, facing several tactical decisions. A primary focus is the competition for the starting striker position between Tijjani Noslin and Andrea Pinamonti.
Noslin enters the selection process with momentum after scoring in consecutive matches against Milan and Venezia. Pinamonti, meanwhile, is looking to secure his first official goal for the club. Former Lazio player Bruno Giordano noted that the decision should rest on performance, suggesting Noslin currently holds a slight advantage.
Beyond the attack, coach Gattuso faces other selection uncertainties. Cancellieri is unavailable due to a knee injury, potentially opening a spot for Isaksen. The defensive lineup also remains under review as the club evaluates the fitness and availability of Sutalo, Provstgaard, Doekhi, and Diogo Leite following international duties.
