Lazio fan protest in Rome erupts after Pino Insegno joke about club president

Insegno joked that his children asked, “When will we return to the stadium? When will we see two dates on Wikipedia?” The remark was taken by many online users as an allusion to Lotito’s death, sparking a wave of criticism on social media. Insegno later told reporters the comment was merely a joke and not intended to threaten anyone. Lotito responded briefly, saying he knew “nothing” about the remarks.
