Lazio makes official offer for Leicester City striker Lorenz Hutchinson

Lazio has submitted an official offer to Leicester City for 18-year-old striker Lorenz Hutchinson. The Italian club is reportedly prioritizing the young English attacker, who has represented England at the U19 level, as part of a long-term strategy to strengthen their squad and youth depth under coach Gennaro Gattuso.

Hutchinson has demonstrated significant potential in the U18 Premier League, scoring 15 goals in 15 appearances last season. While Lazio is pursuing him, several other top European clubs are also reportedly interested in the versatile forward, who can play both as a central striker and on the wing.

The potential departure comes at a difficult time for Leicester City’s academy, which has recently seen other prospects like Jeremy Monga and Louis Page move to Premier League clubs. Because Hutchinson is under a professional contract, Leicester City would be entitled to a transfer fee.
