Lazio players and manager chase historic records against Milan

Lazio manager Gennaro Gattuso and midfielder Davide Frattesi both have opportunities to set historic club records in their upcoming match against Milan.

Gattuso has led Lazio to three consecutive victories at the start of the season. If the team defeats Milan, he will become the first manager in the club’s history to achieve four wins in the first four league matches. This feat would join the ranks of notable early-season successes by Petkovic and Maestrelli.

Simultaneously, Davide Frattesi is seeking to extend his scoring streak. Having scored in each of his first three appearances for Lazio against Bologna, Genoa, and Udinese, Frattesi could become the first player in the club's history to score in four consecutive matches. He would surpass the historical precedents set by legends such as Silvio Piola, Giuseppe Signori, and Mauro Zarate.
