Despite this, the club is reportedly exploring a Nasdaq listing to raise its international profile, a move described as complex due to existing Italian market listing and stringent U.S. regulations.
On the sporting side, manager Gennaro Gattuso highlighted the need for a true trequartista to boost the team’s attack, considering internal options such as 19‑year‑old Polish midfielder Adrien Przyborek and scouting other profiles. The club has also moved to sign Spanish forward Sergi Domínguez, with Gattuso personally leading negotiations.
