Lazio region hosts free outdoor wellness events

Several free outdoor initiatives are scheduled for the weekend of August 22 and 23 in the Lazio region.

On Saturday, August 22, the Parco della Pompa in Rocca di Papa will host a “Nordic Walking and Wellness” event starting at 09:30. Organized by Hydra Team Apd as part of the “L’estate nei parchi del Lazio” program, the guided walk is designed to improve strength, coordination, and fitness through nature immersion.

On Sunday, August 23, the Pro Loco di Lariano will organize “Lariano sotto le stelle” at the Fonte Ontanese area. Beginning at 19:00, this evening walk aims to showcase the local landscape, forest paths, and regional biodiversity through a slow and environmentally respectful experience.
