Lazio reintegrates Luca Pellegrini into Serie A squad list
Lazio has officially reintegrated defender Luca Pellegrini into its Serie A squad list. The 1999-born left-back had previously been excluded from the league roster following the end of the transfer market, though he had appeared in Coppa Italia matches.
Coach Gennaro Gattuso's decision provides the squad with increased depth in the defensive line, bringing the total number of available full-backs to six. Pellegrini is expected to be available for the upcoming match against Juventus at the Allianz Stadium.
While the reintegration offers tactical flexibility, Pellegrini currently sits behind Nuno Tavares and Pedraza in the hierarchy for the left-back position.
