Lazio undergoes tactical revolution under Gennaro Gattuso

Gennaro Gattuso has implemented a significant tactical overhaul at Lazio, characterized by extended training sessions and a new three-man build-up structure from the back. This strategic shift was evident during Lazio's recent victory against Juventus in Turin, marking their first win at that venue in nine years.

Key tactical changes include the involvement of goalkeeper Mandas in the build-up play, acting as a central figure in the three-man defensive line alongside Sutalo and Provstgaard. This approach emphasizes high pressing, maintaining distances between players, and a proactive mental attitude.

Individual performances were highlighted following the match, with Mandas receiving praise for his composure and ability to participate in ball distribution. Provstgaard also stood out, contributing both a strong defensive performance and a crucial goal.
