Lazio is implementing new contractual models to manage its squad and financial sustainability, highlighted by a loyalty bonus recently awarded to Dutch midfielder Kenneth Taylor. Following the close of the transfer market on September 2, Taylor received a €190,000 bonus in addition to his €1.7 million salary.

This strategy serves dual purposes: incentivizing players to remain focused on club growth and providing the club with flexible economic levers. These mechanisms allow for controlled player valuations and facilitate smoother future transfers through specific triggers and clauses. Due to his recent performances, Taylor’s market value is estimated between €40 million and €45 million, drawing interest from clubs in the Premier League and Juventus.
