LBP AM and Titanbay launch European private markets ELTIF
LBP AM European Private Markets (LBP AM EPM) and Titanbay have launched a new European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) focused on unlisted asset markets. The LFDE EPM Private Opportunities ELTIF utilizes a master-feeder model, where the Luxembourg-domiciled feeder fund invests exclusively into the LBPAM Private Opportunities master fund based in France.
The fund targets professional and non-professional investors, providing access to diversified asset classes including corporate direct lending, private equity, and infrastructure across Europe. The master fund has already raised 336 million euros and has commitments to 12 underlying funds.
As part of the partnership, Titanbay serves as the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) and provides its TradeEngine technology to automate processes such as onboarding, subscriptions, reporting, and anti-money laundering compliance. The initiative aims to meet the growing demand for multi-asset solutions that offer easier access to private markets.
