LBV holds first statewide environmental education day in Bavaria

The Landesbund für Vogel- und Naturschutz (LBV) recently held its first statewide education day in Bavaria. The event took place across 14 LBV environmental facilities, offering various programs for all ages to learn about nature conservation.

In Memmingen, participants engaged in activities focused on the urban ecosystem, specifically through a workshop titled ‘Life in the City Stream.’ Families and youth used nets to search for aquatic life and examined their findings under microscopes to gain insight into local biodiversity.
