LCB Corporate Games 2026 begins for Ghana port and logistics firms
The 2026 edition of the LCB Corporate Games has commenced, featuring 16 corporate institutions from Ghana’s port and logistics sector. The 12-to-14-week sporting competition is being held across the Accra and Tema zones, with leading teams from both regions set to compete in a final to determine the overall winner.
Organized by LCB Worldwide Ghana Limited as part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, the event aims to promote physical activity, healthy lifestyles, and professional networking. The competition provides employees with an opportunity to build relationships outside of a traditional work environment.
Among the participants is the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), which has entered two teams: the Fire Department and the Mechanical Department. LCB Worldwide Ghana officials noted that the initiative also serves to increase public awareness regarding the company’s specialized services, such as disinfection.
