LCP Poland acquires Galeria Chełm from Equilis and Acteeum

LCP Poland, part of M Core, has finalized the acquisition of Galeria Chełm from Equilis and Acteeum. While the transaction value remains undisclosed, the deal expands LCP Poland’s portfolio by over 17,000 square meters of retail space and 55 tenants.

Opened in 2020, the shopping center is located at a key transport junction in Chełm and is currently fully leased. It hosts various brands, including Lidl, Reserved, Sinsay, Rossmann, and CCC. The facility holds a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certificate for energy efficiency and sustainability.

Following the acquisition, the center will undergo rebranding and visual identity updates to align with M Core’s standards. The facility will be renamed M Galeria Chełm.
