Lądek-Zdrój to host 31st Andrzej Zawada Mountain Festival

The 31st edition of the Andrzej Zawada Mountain Festival is scheduled to take place in Lądek-Zdrój from September 3 to 6. Under the theme ‘The Rocks and Roll Festival’, the event serves as one of Europe’s largest gatherings for mountain culture, combining sports, music, literature, and film.

The program features hundreds of events across multiple locations, including film premieres, mountain literature meetings, and the Bike Festival Glacensis. Notable attendees include prominent mountaineers and explorers such as Krzysztof Wielicki, Martyna Wojciechowska, Adam Bielecki, Aleksandra Mirosław, and Dierdre Wolownick-Honnold. The festival will also host musical performances by artists including Paktofonika Orkiestra, KSU, and Łąki Łan.

In addition to the main event, festival productions will be screened in 31 cities across Poland starting August 31. New features for this year include a 96-hour livestream titled ‘Idziemy dla Lądka’ and charity auctions.
