Líder MS participants visit Brasília to study agricultural policy
Participants of the 5th edition of the Líder MS (Rural Leadership Program of Mato Grosso do Sul) are undergoing an immersion program in Brasília to understand the technical and political operations of the agricultural sector.
Developed by Sistema Famasul, the program aims to prepare future leaders for the agribusiness sector. The delegation is visiting key institutions, including the Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock of Brazil (CNA), the National Congress, the Parliamentary Agriculture Front (FPA), the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (Mapa), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Itamaraty), and the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa).
The program, which is gaining postgraduate status through a partnership with Centro Universitário Insted, includes lectures on constitutional law, geopolitics, international trade, and public policy. The goal is to provide participants with a practical understanding of the legislative process, public budgeting, and the institutional structures that influence the productive sector in Brazil.
