LD&K expands Udagawa Cafe group with new patissier-made cakes

LD&K, based in Shibuya, Tokyo, has announced a new initiative to focus on high-quality desserts across its Udagawa Cafe group. The company is launching a lineup of six authentic cakes prepared by professional patissiers.

The new menu includes blueberry cake, lemon tart, strawberry shortcake, tiramisu, Basque cheesecake, and Mont Blanc. The rollout begins at four locations—Udagawa Cafe, Udagawa Cafe 'suite', Dogenzaka Cafe, and Kissa Metro—with plans to expand to other group establishments including Cafe BOHEMIA and BISTRO Jinnan.
