LDS influencer Chandler Hendry dies in Utah car accident

Chandler “Chuck” David Hendry, a 27-year-old Latter-day Saint influencer and apologist, died following a three-vehicle car accident in Lehi, Utah, on August 7, 2026. Hendry was traveling to the FAIR apologetics conference when the crash occurred.

Known for his Restored Truth platform, Hendry focused on defending and promoting the principles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was widely recognized for encouraging missionary work and providing confidence to members of the faith.

Following his death, a scheduled “Missionary Prep” event in Orem, Utah, transitioned into a tribute for the influencer.
