Le Fonti Awards recognize Istituto San Francesco and LFA

The Le Fonti Awards held at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan honored two distinct organizations for excellence in innovation and leadership.

Istituto San Francesco received the award for ‘Excellence of the Year – Innovation & Leadership – Training Services’ during its 20th anniversary. The jury highlighted the institution's innovative teaching model, which includes small-group live lessons, continuous tutoring, and psychological support. The school was also recognized for its commitment to inclusion and gender equality, certified by UNI/PdR 125:2022.

LFA was awarded for ‘Excellence of the Year – Innovation & Leadership – Customer Management’ for its work through the wemamy brand. The award recognizes LFA's efforts to revolutionize customer management by promoting local employment and social inclusion, specifically targeting women with interrupted careers. The company recently transitioned to a Benefit Corporation status to further its focus on equity and sustainability.
