Le Graal Cortina boutique hotel to open in Italy's Dolomites

Le Graal Cortina, a new five-star boutique hotel, is scheduled to open in Cortina d’Ampezzo within the Dolomites during 2026. The property is housed in a reimagined 1920s palazzo and features 30 rooms, including 13 suites.

Designed by Italian architect Achille Salvagni, the interiors are characterized by natural materials, warm lighting, and mountain views. The hotel is part of The Leading Hotels of the World collection and offers direct access to local ski terrain and the historic center of Cortina.

Amenities include the Le Graal Spa, which features an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and cryotherapy chamber. The property will also host three dining venues: Le Monsù for fine dining, Le Café for contemporary Sicilian dishes, and the Le Graal Bar.
