Le Marchesi releases five new wine vintages in Japan

Mottex has announced the sequential release of five new vintages from the renowned Bolgheri winery, Le Marchesi. The winery is distinguished by its philosophy of producing single-varietal wines to express the specific character of the grape and the Bolgheri terroir, a departure from the region's common practice of blending.

The new releases include:

• Bolgheri Rosso 2024: A representative wine made from dedicated plots to showcase the essence of Bolgheri. • Paleo Bianco 2024: A Chardonnay-based white wine, which is uncommon for the Mediterranean-focused region. • Paleo Rosso 2022: The flagship Cabernet Franc wine that helped establish the region's reputation. • Scrio 2022: A rare and limited-production Syrah. • Messorio 2022: A highly acclaimed 100% Merlot single-varietal wine.

These wines have received high marks from international critics, including Wine Advocate and James Suckling.
