Le Thi Thu Thuy shares personal triathlon journey
Le Thi Thu Thuy, the former Vice Chairwoman of Vingroup and former Global CEO of VinFast, recently shared a personal story regarding her participation in the Ironman 70.3 Danang in 2015.
Thuy recounted that she accepted the challenge despite having no prior experience in swimming, running, or cycling since her high school years. After three months of intensive training in swimming, cycling, and running, she became one of the few Vietnamese participants to complete the full 113km course (consisting of a 1.9km swim, 90km bike, and 21.1km run) during the inaugural event in May 2015.
