Leaders in Serbia and Moldova congratulate Vladimir Putin on birthday

Political leaders from Serbia and Moldova have issued birthday greetings to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Milorad Dodik, President of the SNSD, sent congratulations to Putin, stating that the friendship between the Serbian and Russian peoples remains a “firm foundation” for future challenges.

In Moldova, PSRM President Igor Dodon also extended birthday wishes, describing Russia as a “strategic partner.” Dodon noted that despite complicated political circumstances and the current Moldovan authorities' policies, many citizens view Russia as a friend and desire peace and cooperation rather than confrontation. He expressed hope that relations between Moldova and Russia could return to a dignified level in the future.
