Leadership changes announced at JLL and PepsiCo in Portugal

JLL has appointed Vitor Dias as the new Head of Operations, P&DS | Tétris for Southern Europe. Based in Lisbon, Dias will oversee operational aspects for Project & Development Services (P&DS) and Tétris across Portugal, Spain, and Italy. His responsibilities include project execution, risk management, financial performance, and technology adoption. He will continue his current role as COO of JLL Portugal until early 2026, when he will transition exclusively to the Southern European role.

PepsiCo has named Gonçalo Carvalho as the new Country Manager for Portugal, effective October 1. Carvalho succeeds Paul Jones and will report to Fernando Moraga, the Iberia General Manager. His mandate focuses on driving commercial growth in the food and beverage sectors, enhancing consumer proximity, and advancing the PepsiCo Positive strategy through innovation, nutrition, and sustainability. Carvalho is a veteran of the company with 13 years of experience in the Iberian market.
