Leadin Solutions launches AI platform for small businesses

Leadin Solutions, a startup based in North Bend, Washington, has launched a digital platform designed to help small businesses capture and manage customer leads. Founded by Fernando Gouvea, a former Microsoft engineer, the service targets small, family-owned businesses that may struggle to answer calls during busy periods or after hours.

The platform functions by intercepting unanswered calls and transitioning customers to an AI-driven text conversation. Through this chat, the AI collects essential project details, such as timelines and photos, to create a ‘job card’ for the business owner. This allows owners to review the information and follow up to schedule appointments without the platform managing their specific resources or routes. While currently focused on trades such as plumbing, electrical, and roofing, Gouvea is working to expand the service to include the restaurant industry.
