Leandro Mané Ferrari appointed head of Santa Catarina Blue Economy Governance

Leandro ‘Mané’ Ferrari has assumed the presidency of the Santa Catarina State Blue Economy Governance. The inauguration took place during the 5th Governance Meeting held at the Sebrae/SC headquarters in Florianópolis.

The event included the signing of the Internal Regulations and the commencement of the development of a Work Plan for the new administration. The meeting brought together representatives from the public sector, productive industry, academia, and various entities linked to the blue economy in the state.

Ferrari, a journalist and maritime economy specialist, emphasized that his role focuses on articulation and integration. He aims to connect various sectors—including ports, fishing, aquaculture, naval and nautical industries, tourism, and technology—to ensure they advance in an integrated manner. He stated that the new cycle will move from institutional construction toward a more executive and objective phase.
