Leandro N. Alem singer assaults spectator during performance

A musical performance at the Club Ucraniano in Leandro N. Alem ended in violence after singer Andy Gaona, from the group ‘Los Ángeles de la Kachaca’, physically assaulted a spectator.

Video footage shows the singer punching Adrián González in the face and kicking him in the head after González approached the stage. Despite the visible assault, a local Peace Court issued a ruling sentencing González to five days of arrest. The court justified the decision by stating that González ‘put his own integrity or that of third parties in danger’ due to a blood alcohol level of 1.6 grams.

The decision has sparked local outrage, as the victim was detained in the First Section Police Station while the aggressor faced no immediate legal sanctions. Local residents are reportedly considering legal action against the musician.
