Leapmotor cuts vehicle prices for Brazilian taxi and app drivers

Leapmotor has announced price reductions for its C10 REEV and B10 electric models specifically targeting taxi drivers and ride-hailing app operators in Brazil. Following the sanction of Law 15.503/2026, which made the ‘Move Brasil Táxi e Aplicativos’ program permanent, the company is leveraging new credit benefits to lower costs for eligible professionals.

The C10 REEV, a range-extended electric vehicle, is priced at R$ 168,090 for taxi drivers and R$ 192,490 for app drivers, compared to its public price of R$ 219,990. The B10 electric model is offered at R$ 144,690 for taxi drivers and R$ 170,190 for app drivers, down from R$ 182,990.

The permanent program maintains a R$ 30 billion credit limit for fleet renewal among taxi drivers, app drivers, delivery workers, and school transport drivers. Financing can be paid in up to 84 installments with a six-month grace period for principal payments. Leapmotor operations for this program are managed through Banco Stellantis, an institution accredited by BNDES.
