Leapmotor expands European presence with Spanish production plans

Chinese automaker Leapmotor, which has ties to the Stellantis group, is expanding its presence in the European market. To mitigate the impact of anti-Chinese tariffs, Leapmotor plans to begin production of its B10 model at a facility in Zaragoza, Spain.

Recent product highlights include the B10 REEV, a range-extended electric vehicle designed to reduce charging anxiety, and the C10 AWD, which features 800V ultra-fast charging technology and high performance. The brand aims to make electric mobility more accessible through a growing lineup of compact and large SUVs.
