Leapmotor launches A10s electric SUV with LiDAR

Leapmotor has launched the A10s, a small battery-electric SUV designed to expand its A10 lineup through enhanced styling and comfort features. The vehicle is priced at 92,800 yuan (approximately $13,810) in China.

The A10s is equipped with a 53 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, providing a CLTC range of 505 km. It features a single front-mounted motor producing 90 kW of power. Technological specifications include LiDAR, a Qualcomm SA8295 cockpit chip, and an SA8650 driver-assistance chip, which support navigation assistance for urban, highway, and parking environments.

Visual upgrades for this model include a Mirror Night Black paint finish, 18-inch black sport wheels, and a Modern Gray cabin interior with red stitching. The launch comes as Leapmotor seeks to bolster its year-end sales following a month-on-month delivery decrease in September.
