Leapmotor launches B03X electric crossover in Europe, starting with Italy
Chinese automaker Leapmotor has begun taking orders for its new B03X smart urban crossover across Europe, with the first market being Italy. The B03X is priced from €19,900 in Italy and from €24,900 in other European countries.
The compact SUV measures 4.27 m long, 1.81 m wide and offers a spacious interior thanks to a long wheelbase. It is powered by a single 197 hp (145 kW) electric motor with 200 Nm of torque, and buyers can choose between two high‑density LFP batteries: 39.8 kWh (up to 292 km WLTP) or 53.0 kWh (up to 382 km WLTP). Both packs support rapid DC charging, reaching 80 % state‑of‑charge in about 16‑21 minutes.
Safety features include a Level‑2 ADAS suite with 21 driver‑assist systems, 14 sensors and cameras. The vehicle runs Leap OS 4.0 and will be sold through Stellantis’s distribution network. Leapmotor aims to deliver one million vehicles worldwide by the end of 2026, with the B03X positioned as a key model for its European growth strategy.
