Leapmotor opens first European Innovation Center in Munich

Leapmotor has inaugurated its first Innovation Center in Europe, marking the company’s first research and development facility located outside of China. The new center is situated in the Schwabing-Freimann district of Munich, Germany, a location chosen for its significance in the automotive technology and innovation sectors.

The facility will serve as a creative hub for the design and development of future vehicle models, employing a global community of engineering and design professionals. During the inauguration, Leapmotor’s Global Design head, Yu Shuyue, highlighted the new B03X B-SUV as a key example of the company’s design direction and its strategy to strengthen its presence in international markets.
