Leapmotor opens pre‑orders for refreshed B01 sedan and B10 SUV in China, highlights B05 hatchback in Hong Kong

Leapmotor (NYSE: STLA) began taking pre‑orders in China for updated versions of its B01 sedan and B10 SUV. Buyers who place a 99 yuan deposit receive energy points, a complimentary exterior colour and priority test‑drive access. The B01 offers up to 670 km and the B10 up to 610 km on an 800‑volt platform. The company aims to deliver one million vehicles in 2026; it reported 93,376 global deliveries in June, a 94.5 % year‑on‑year increase, and cumulative deliveries of 1.55 million units to date. The B10 has also started shipments to Mexico, marking Leapmotor’s first North‑American model.

In Hong Kong, the Leapmotor B05 hatchback was test‑driven at the 2026 Hong Kong International Auto & Supply Chain Expo. Built on the LEAP 3.5 platform, the rear‑wheel‑drive B05 features a 160 kW (218 hp) motor, 67.1 kWh LFP battery and a WLTP range of 482 km. It includes a dual‑screen cockpit, 15 ADAS functions, 360° cameras and earned a Euro NCAP five‑star rating. Priced at HK$249,900 (early‑bird HK$239,900), the B05 targets young buyers seeking sporty styling and high technology.
