Comunicazione Italiana launches Learning Forum 2026 in Milan

The fifth edition of the Learning Forum was held at Assolombarda’s headquarters in Milan. Organized by Comunicazione Italiana, the 2026 event centered on the theme “Learning Voice: how companies can give voice to learners,” exploring how flexibility, empowerment, hybrid work and artificial intelligence are reshaping corporate training.

The forum introduced a new editorial format called “Oltre:” – described by founder Fabrizio Cataldi as a space for deeper discussion beyond event‑type activities. The opening talk was moderated by Federico Luperi of Volocom and featured senior HR and talent managers from Air Liquide, Open Fiber, Kuehne+Nagel, Datapizza, and Siemens Healthineers. Participants examined the shift from top‑down training to personalized, skill‑based learning, covering AI adoption, onboarding, training ROI, instant training, edutainment and digital assistants.

The programme mixed plenary sessions with phygital talks, closed‑door roundtables and networking opportunities. Content partners and forum partners included companies such as Alten, SAP Concur, GoodHabitz and many others. Recordings of the sessions will be made available online.
