Lebach approves funding for Gresaubach kindergarten construction

Construction is progressing on a new kindergarten facility in Gresaubach, a district of Lebach. Following the initial groundbreaking in late 2025, preparatory earthworks and the foundation slab are largely complete, with initial masonry work now visible.

The Lebach city council has unanimously approved more than 2.1 million euros to fund upcoming stages of the project. This funding will cover roofing, scaffolding, carpentry, windows, doors, heating, sanitary installations, and facade work. The total cost for the new kindergarten is expected to reach approximately 6.6 million euros.
