Prosecutor Ahmad Rami al‑Hajj issued a 30‑day search and investigation warrant authorising security services to locate Sehnaoui, who resides in the United States and could be arrested if he returns to Lebanon. Technical analysis confirmed the photograph is authentic and unaltered. The case unfolds amid U.S.–backed direct Lebanon‑Israel talks and continued clashes with Hezbollah.
