Lebanon faces unstable autumn weather and heavy fog

Lebanon is experiencing unstable autumn weather characterized by fluctuating temperatures and varying cloud cover. According to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, the coastal areas are seeing stable temperatures, while temperatures are slightly lower in the mountains and inland. Heavy fog is expected on the highlands, which may significantly reduce visibility on mountain roads.

Forecasts indicate a possibility of scattered light rain, particularly in higher elevations. Winds are expected to be active, with speeds ranging between 10 and 40 km/h. The sea is expected to be wavy with a surface water temperature of approximately 29 degrees Celsius. While rain chances may decrease mid-week, cloudy conditions and fog are expected to persist through the end of the week.
