LeBron James denies reprimanding Joel Embiid during 76ers training

Rumors regarding a confrontation between LeBron James and Joel Embiid have surfaced during the Philadelphia 76ers' training camp. NBA commentator Mike Breen reported hearing that James reprimanded Embiid for arriving late to a practice session.

James quickly addressed the claim on social media, denying the incident occurred and stating, “He was not late, so stop lying.”

Separately, reports from ESPN insider Ramona Shelburne suggest that Embiid has undergone physical changes, including significant weight loss, as part of a shift in his work ethic. Sources indicate that players in Philadelphia are reportedly seeking the respect and approval of James, who has emphasized the need for sacrifice and discomfort to achieve championship success.
