LeBron James earnings compared to NCAA players

Recent data indicates that 18 college basketball players are projected to earn more than LeBron James, whose salary is reportedly estimated at 3.8 million dollars.

Among those earning more than the NBA star are Serbian players Milan Momčilović and Nikola Kusturica. Momčilović, known as the ‘Serbian Novicki’, opted to remain in college basketball at Kentucky rather than entering the NBA draft. Kusturica is set to begin his American basketball career at UCLA.

Separately, Masai Ujiri, President of the Dallas Mavericks, shared an anecdote regarding James's work ethic. Ujiri recalled observing James training alone at 5:30 AM during the Summer League in Las Vegas, noting that the athlete was already performing routines before his coaching staff had even arrived.
