Lecce eyes Scottish striker Robbie Ure in transfer talks with IK Sirius

Italian Serie A club Lecce is seeking to add a new centre‑forward and has identified 19‑year‑old Scottish striker Robbie Ure as a primary target. Ure, who currently plays for IK Sirius in Sweden's Allsvenskan, has scored 12 goals in 12 league appearances, making him the competition's top scorer.

Lecce’s sporting director Stefano Trinchera has opened contact with Sirius, proposing a €4 million fee plus a 30 % future resale clause. Sirius has so far rejected the offer, hoping for a higher price. The club is considering both a loan and a permanent transfer to strengthen its attack for the upcoming Serie A season and to improve its chances of remaining in the top division.

Ure, born in Glasgow and also eligible for Ukraine, is reportedly being courted by both national teams, adding an international dimension to his transfer prospects.
