Ledesma SAAI reaches salary agreement with sugar workers union

The Sugar Workers and Employees Union of Ingenio Ledesma (SOEAIL) has reached a collective bargaining agreement with Ledesma SAAI for the 2026-2027 period. The deal includes a 30% increase in basic salaries, which cumulatively reaches 30.26%.

In addition to the salary hike, workers will receive an extraordinary bonus of 600,000 pesos, paid in two installments of 300,000 pesos in August and December. The agreement also includes retroactive payments for previous months and a review clause set for November to evaluate the impact of inflation based on Consumer Price Index (CPI) data.
