Lee Jong Won in talks to join ‘Men of the Harem’
Actor Lee Jong Won is in discussions to join the cast of the upcoming fantasy romance drama ‘Men of the Harem.’ His agency, The Black Label, confirmed that he has received an offer and is currently in negotiations.
Lee Jong Won is being considered as a potential replacement for Lee Soo Hyuk, who has officially stepped down from the project. Lee Soo Hyuk’s agency, People Entertainment, cited scheduling conflicts as the reason for his departure.
Adapted from a web novel, ‘Men of the Harem’ follows the story of Empress Latil of the Tarium Empire, played by Suzy, who takes on male concubines to protect her throne. The series explores the political intrigue and power struggles among the concubines.
