Lee Kum Kee Sauce participates in CGF China Day 2026

Lee Kum Kee Sauce participated in the Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) China Day 2026, held in Shanghai from September 9 to 10. Julie Xing, Ph.D., Global Board Chairman and CEO of Lee Kum Kee Sauce, delivered a keynote speech and participated in a roundtable discussion regarding the future of the food industry.

During her speech, “Consumer-Centric: Creating Value Across the Entire Ecosystem,” Dr. Xing addressed industry trends aligned with China’s 15th Five-Year Plan for consumption upgrading. She noted a shift in consumer behavior toward increased awareness of health, specifically a demand for low-sugar, low-salt, and low-fat options. Dr. Xing emphasized that companies must collaborate through cross-sector co-creation and build innovation portfolios across the entire value chain to meet these evolving demands.
