Lee Se Young to star in upcoming film Still Shining

Lee Se Young will star in the upcoming film ‘Still Shining’, portraying Ji An, the devoted granddaughter of Soon Ok, played by Kim Hye Ja. The story follows Ji An, a writer raised by her grandmother, and explores the deep emotional bond between the two characters.

The film also centers on Soon Ok’s reunion with her lifelong best friend, Jung Im (played by Cha Mi Kyung), after 60 years of separation. ‘Still Shining’ is described as a work that encourages viewers to reflect on the importance of family, friendship, and life. The film is scheduled for release in October 2026.
